WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery in Metropolitan France
You will receive your order within 3 to 6 working days*. A confirmation email, containing your tracking number, will be sent to you when your package leaves.
Delivery Europe
You will receive your order within 2 to 4 weeks*. A confirmation email, containing your tracking number, will be sent to you when your package is dispatched.
International Standard Shipping
You will receive your order within 2 to 4 weeks*. A confirmation email, containing your tracking number, will be sent to you when your package leaves.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship goods to Europe, America, Africa, Asia, Oceania and all over the world!
If you order internationally, you may be subject to customs fees and delivery delays.
For EU countries, prices include standard VAT.
For UK customers, VAT is added at checkout and is not included in the retail price.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM NOT THERE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you are not present to receive your order, it will be left in your mailbox.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once the order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address.
However, you can change it for your next orders from the “Information” page accessible from the home page of our site by clicking on your name.

All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by accessing the “History and details of my orders” section accessible from the home page of our site by clicking on your name.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please make sure all your information is correct before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us via help@sarahlezitoshop.com.
Once the order has been validated, it cannot be modified.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
Check your tracking number from the “History and details of my orders” section accessible from the home page of our site by clicking on your name.
HOW TO RETURN AN UNSUITABLE ITEM?
If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days. Items must be returned to us in a condition that allows them to be resold. That is to say in their original packaging, without stains or signs of wear, having neither been washed nor worn (except for trying on).
Please contact our after-sales service from the contact page and select the "Returns and exchanges" section. Without a message from you, we will not be able to process your return request.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If an item does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days.
In case of quality defect (loose thread, damaged print after washing). You have one month to return the item to us.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I DON'T LIVE IN FRANCE?
We do not generally accept returns of items outside of France although some special cases may be taken into account.
Damage:
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit.
However, please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you: help@sarahlezitoshop.com
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN ITEMS?
If you wish to return an item that is not suitable for you, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returns or exchanges.
In the event of a preparation error on our part or a quality defect, the return costs will be reimbursed to you up to €12.00.
THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
Our collections are seasonal, so they are on the site while stocks last.
Restocking is possible but not automatic.
